Others need silence. Some people will stay busy to distract themselves. If you find comfort in tears, let them flow. When you need silence, give yourself that space. If keeping busy helps you cope, that\u2019s okay too. What matters most is that you allow yourself to grieve in the way that feels true to you.<\/p><\/div><\/div><h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Healing_takes_time\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">3.
